Rules & Regulations: All golf carts and motorized handicap scooters must be registered at entrance. $25 golf cart permit is required by insurance. Permit sticker must be applied to both golf carts and scooters. Golf cart driver must be 16 or older. Golf carts cannot pull anything — wagons, trailers, etc. Golf cart motors will shut off automatically when you remove your foot from the accelerator. We reserve the right to refuse any carts. Selected buildings do allow golf cart access. Those buildings that do not, signs will be posted at building entrances.

Directions to
Allen County Fairgrounds


The Allen County Fairgrounds is conveniently located right off Harding Highway (State Route 309) which is just minutes away from I-75.

From the North (Findlay, Toledo):

  • Take I-75 south to Exit 125 (SR 117/309)
  • Turn left onto SR 117/309 east
  • Follow SR 117 east to enter the fairgrounds on the south end
  • Or follow SR 309 east to enter the fairgrounds on the north end

From the South (Dayton, Wapakoneta):

  • Take I-75 north to Exit 125 (309/117)
  • Turn right onto St. Rt. 309
  • Head East towards the fairgrounds

From the East via SR 309 (Marion, Kenton):

  • Take SR 309 west to the fairgrounds. The Allen County Fairgrounds is located on the left-hand side of the road on Harding Highway.

From the East via US 30 (Mansfield, Upper Sandusky):

  • Take US 30 west to I-75 south
  • Take I-75 south to Exit 125 (SR 117/309)
  • Turn left onto SR 117/309 east
  • Follow SR 117 east to enter the fairgrounds on the south end
  • Or follow SR 309 east to enter the fairgrounds on the north end

From the West (Ft. Wayne, Van Wert):

  • Take US 30 east to I-75 south
  • Take I-75 south to Exit 125 (SR 117/309)
  • Turn left onto SR 117/309 east
  • Follow SR 117 east to enter the fairgrounds on the south end
  • Or follow SR 309 east to enter the fairgrounds on the north end
